Before his final match for Rostov the captain of the team made an official statement:

- On Sunday I am going to have my last team for the team from the Don. In the upcoming match against Tosno we are planning to show a good performance, to please you with winning and to keep our position in the Premier League. Rostov-on-Don is a football city and for sure it deserves to be represented in the elite of the Russian Football.
