Pavel Alpatov to be Dynamo caretaker coach in the further matches

Pavel Alpatov, 32-year-old Dynamo Moscow assistant coach, will be preparing the team for the further matches, official club statement says.

On 15 May, team held recovering training session under Alpatov. Youth team senior coach Pavel Figon has become his assistant.

Alpatov joined first team coaching staff in October 2020, when Aleksandr Kulchiy was appointed as interim head coach; he continued his job under Sandro Schwarz and Slavisa Jokanovic. Alpatov is graduate of Dynamo Academy named after Lev Yashin, he had been training Academy teams since retiring as player, also worked in coaching staff of Dynamo youth team and Dynamo-2.

On 14 April, following 0-3 defeat from Akhmat in RPL fixture, Dynamo announced, the team will be preparing for next games under new coach instead of Jokanovic. The White-Blues are seventh in league standings having 42 points after 27 matches. In the remaining fixtures Dynamo will face Torpedo on 20 May, Lokomotiv on 28 May and Orenburg on 3 June.
