FC Rostov officially presented three new signings.

34-year-old Aleksey Ionov returned to Rostov after three seasons with Krasnodar, he signed two-year contract. Midfielder already played for Rostov since 2017 to 2020, he scored 18 goals in 80 appearances for team in RPL.

31-year-old Roman Akbashev joined Rostov on two-year contract after leaving Fakel Voronezh as free agent. Midfielder became Fakel second scorer in RPL with six goals, he also scored brace against Enisey in relegation play-off matches.

30-year-old Evgeny Chernov signed three-year contract with Rostov after spending season on loan from Krasnodar. Defender came to Rostov second time in his career; previously he played for team since 2019 to 2020 and made 50 appearances in RPL scoring one goal.
