Victor Gancharenko is PFC CSKA Head Coach

PFC CSKA announced the name of the team new Head Coach. It is Victor Gancharenko, the contract with him is signed for the period of 2 years with an option of prolongation.

This coach from Belarus has already worked for PFC CSKA: in season 2015\2016 when the Army team became the Champion of Russia he was an assistant to Leonid Slutskiy, as the official website of PFC CSKA informs.

Sergey Ovchinnikov, Victor Onopko and Paulino Granero will continue working in the Army team coaching staff.

VICTOR GANCHARENKO

Born: 10 September 1977 in Khoiniky (Belarus).

Coaching career: BATE (2007-2013), Kuban (2013-2014), Ural (2015), PFC CSKA (Senior Coach, 2015-2016), Ufa (2016).

Honours: Champion of Russia-2015/16, 6-times Champion of Belarus, Cup of Belarus holder, 3-times Super Cup of Belarus winner.

Best coach of Belarus in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016.
