In Russian Premier League MD 9 match at Otkrytie Arena Spartak hosted Rostov. The game ended with win of the visiting team – 1:0.

Neither team scored in the first half, however they created several moments.

During the second half the teams became more active, but only Rostov players managed to score. Zuev who was fielded after substitution scored from his second attempt. For the first time in the Premier League history Rostov beat Spartak in Moscow.

Rostov won and moved to the third line of the tournament table.
