Akhmat Grozny hired Andrey Talalaev as new head coach

Akhmat Grozny officially parted ways with Igor Shalimov and announced Andrey Talalaev as new first team head coach.

47-year-old specialist signed three-year contract, he will be introduced to the team on 28 July.

Talalaev coached Krylia Sovetov during the final part of the 2019/20 RPL season. Samara team earned nine points in six matches, finished on the 15th position and were relegated to the FNL. Previously Talalaev worked as interim head coach at Rostov in 2011 and as permanent head coach at Volga Nizhniy Novgorod in 2014.

Shalimov was hired as Akhmat coach on October 2019, and Grozny team took 13th place in RPL at the end of the season.
