September defeat by Pari NN in Grozny ended Andrey Talalaev’s era in Akhmat club, Sergey Tashuev tried to get revenge after beating RPL leaders Zenit away. Nevertheless, Nizhny did the same thing as in the first leg. They scored three goals starting with Yaroslav Mikhaylov long shot in the first half, extending in the second half with Timur Suleymanov and Dmitry Rybchinsky. Akhmat woke up and cut the lead to one thanks to Vladimir Ilyin’s header and Artem Timofeev’s goal after corner kick, but their final rush did not make the result, and Pari NN got second straight win in the final matches before RPL winter break.

Pari NN go 11th with 19 points, while Akhmat stay fifth on 26 points.
