On 15 March, draw procedure took place in Match TV channel studio to determine RPL Path semifinals and Regions Path quarterfinals second stage fixtures in Russian Cup playoffs.

Spartak Moscow vs Zenit St. Petersburg

Baltika Kaliningrad vs CSKA Moscow

Both pairs will play two matches. First legs are scheduled on 2-4 April; second legs are scheduled on 16-18 April. If score is tied on aggregate after second leg, penalty shootout will be played. Winners will advance to RPL Path finals, while relegated teams will move to Regions Path semifinals second stage.
