24-years-old Belarusian midfielder Stanislav Dragun became the first newcomer to the Samara club during the winter transfer window. He played for Minsk “Lokomotiv” and “Gomel” and spent last 4 seasons in Minsk “Dynamo” for which he played 129 games and scored 25 goals. Stanislav is a quadruple prizewinner of Belarusian Championships, he was among 22 best players of the national championship 3 times. Stanislav played for Belarusian national teams of all ages and won bronze medals of European Championship 2011 in the youth national team. Due to this success Belarus qualified for the Olympics and Stanislav Dragun was a captain of the team at the Games in London, ”Krylia Sovetov” official site says.
Yesterday Stanislav completed medical examination in Moscow and arrived to Samara late at night. Signed agreement is designed for 3 years. Immediately after the contract was signed Stanislav Dragun went to “Krylia Sovetov” day training. In the team he will wear number 2.
From “Krylia Sovetov” the contract with Stanislav Dragun was signed by PFC “Krylia Sovetov” General Director Denis Maslov. He commented on the transfer:
