On October 24, 2013 at a plenary session of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm region deputies approved expenses on additional financing of Amkar football club amounting to 200 million rubles. The funds received will be used for the development of youth football and the payment of wages to employees and players of FC Amkar and FC Zvezda-2005.
