Management of FC Terek fired the team’s head coach Yury Krasnozhan. Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov announced this at the meeting with fans.

«Yury Krasnozhan has high professional and personal qualities. He proved that during years of coaching. I deeply respect him as a person and as a professional. When we invited him, we had widescale plans related to both preparation of the team to upcoming games and training of a young generation of Chechen football players. He really tried, put huge efforts into it but failed. The coach and the team did not find a common language. We have game but we have no results. That is why taking into account the team’s place in the tournament table and numerous appeals from the team’s fans Terek management made a decision to  to cease cooperation with Krasnozhan», - Kadyrov said.

Head of the Chechen Republic emphasized that there is no replacement chosen yet, the club’s official site says.

Due to the current situation when the team won just one game out of 14 and occupies the 14^th position in the tournament table, Terek head coach Yury Krasnozhan resigned. Due to resignation of the head coach Terek President Magomed Daudov gave his comments.

- «During the work we established good, human relationships with Yury. They will stay the same. He did his best, performed his work in good faith but it didn’t work out, that happens sometimes. As a highly respectable man and a specialist he understands that the team is in crisis, the situation is not enviable and made a decision to resign, We are grateful for his work, whatever, he cannot be accuses of indifference.  We wish Yury luck in his further coaching career».
