Rubin announced its plans for pre-season 2014/2015 preparation. On 20 June the team will gather in Kazan and will undergo medical examination the following day. Within two weeks Rubin will be training at their club base two times a day, as the website of the club informs.

The first summer training camp abroad Rubin will have in the period between 29 June and 13 July in Austrian Villach and the second one – in the period between 17 and 31 July in Italian Bruneck.

The opponents for the training matches of the team at the training camps in Austria (29 June – 13 July) and Italy (17-31 July) were announced.

On 6 July the team will be playing against the vice-champion of Serbia FK Partizan (Belgrade), on 9 July against 3^rd place team in Croatian championship HNK Hajduk (Split), and on 12 July against English Watford FC, which is on the 13^th place in the Championship. The opponent for the first training match during Italian training camp is not defined yet, but the opponents for the next two sparring matches are announced. They are Torino (24 July) and Verona (27 July)  - the 7^th and 10^th place teams of the previous Seria A Italian championship.
