Spartak had their first training session in Germany

Information on the working day of Spartak at their training camp in Germany today.

On 23 July at 16:30 (local time) the bus of Spartak drove away from the hotel, where the red-and-white team is staying, and soon was on the territory of the football complex, located nearby. At the beginning of the first training session in Germany the Head Coach of Spartak Murar Yakin said a few words about the upcoming training camp and gave the impulse for the work waiting ahead, as the website of the club informs.

Besides, Yakin introduced one more specialist to the team – analyst Marcus Hofman, which will also be included into the team staff. The training session lasted a little bit more than an hour and included intensive warming up, stretching, running and squares.

As Yakin mentioned after the training session the first session was a kind of engaging one after the long travel from Moscow.

— We are very pleased by the conditions, weather and pitch, where we shall be working during this week, - the coach of the red-and-white team told.
