Players of Zenit main squad, which are not involved in the matches of 2014 FIFA World Cup,  continue their preparation for the start of the season at Udelnyi Park, as the website of the club informs.

On 30 June the team had their next training session under the guidance of their Head Coach Andre Villas-Boas, and in the evening they played a friendly match against football club Zvezda.

Blue-and-white-and-light-blue team beat the team of the Interregional Association North-West Region  (3^rd division) 4:1.

On Tuesday Zenit had a day-off and on Wednesday players will gather at the training base and will continue training twice a day.
