Kim Källström arrived to Spartak

The first training day in Switzerland was very intensive and complicated for the players. The morning training session lasted almost for two hours and included serious running loads. The evening session was less loaded, but longer two  hours fifteen minutes. It started at the hotel with some exercises for strength and stability, as the website of the club informs.

Then red-and-white team went to the football pitch close to the hotel, where they had training for two hours. All the work consisted of playing exercises with the ball. Team pressing and defense activities were worked out together with shots on goal.

At the end of the session Spartak Head Coach Murat Yakin divided his players into three teams, which had a football tournament on the limited space. The competition was tough, and the winner was defined only on penalties. The team of Romulo, Joao Carlos, Hurado, Rafael Carioca, Costa, Insaurralde, Taşçı and Bocchetti.

In the evening midfield of Spartak Kim Källström, whose loan in Arsenal London was over, arrived to join his team. During dinner he friendly communicated with his teammates and staff and remarked that he is happy to be with them again and is eager to start trainings.
