Ekaterinburg is hosting the final tournament of All-Russian football competition Leather Football. At the upper field of Centralny Stadium, as well as on the artificial pitch of Youth Academy VIZ, 12-13 year old boys from all over the country are playing. They hard-fought to qualify for the final stage. In the so-called middle age group  the teams from Crimea, Moscow, Kemerovo, Amursk, Belgorod and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk, Pskov and Rostov-on-Don qualified to the final. Sverdlovsk Region is represented by team Rostok (Ekaterinburg) and Spartak (Verkhnaya Pyshma), as the website of the club informs.

Today the coaches of FC Ural came to the boys. Alexander Tarkhanov and his assistant Pogos Galstyan, who won the Leather Football tournament in 1973, addressed to the participants. Then the final tournament was played in Voronezh and Pogos became the best scorer of his team. Having told good words to the young players, the coaches gave floor to Evgeny Averyanov, who arranged a master-class for the boys. Evgeny arranged many different exercises for the boys, aimed at technique and ball control development.
