A team from Ulan-Ude came to «Zenit’s» practice

Nineteen players from the team «Baikal», representing the city Ulan-Ede, as well as the young players Artur Kitel, Danil Shelegov from Kingisepp and St. Petersburg  respectfully,  came to meet the Blue-White-Sky Blues, as the website of the club informs. 

—We came to St. Petersburg to take part in the children’s tournament «Young Talents» and we just had to appeal to the club to try and organise a meeting with «Zenit», said the coach of the team from Buryatiya, Pavel Kluev. — For the kids meeting with players of that level it’s just a dream!  They watch and love «Zenit». I don’t even know how they will be able to play today, they are completely filled up with emotions!  Thank you very much to the club for answering the letter and organising the meeting for us. We congratulate the club on their birthday and we wish that they win in the match against «Rostov»! 

Meeting with the players and coming to the practice was the latest good deed from «Zenit» and is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the club. The philanthropic marathon «90 good deeds» started on March 3rd and is in honor of the club’s 90th anniversary. The program consists of a series of different events: sporting, school and social. Along with fans, athletes and coaches from «Zenit» and «Zenit»-2’s  players as well as those from the basketball team, fans from the «Student league» and various fan clubs will all be taking part.
