Lord Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin visited the new CSKA stadium at Khodynskoe Pole, as the website of the Mayor informs.

«Moscow received one more sports treasure – CSKA stadium. It is a wonderful and excellent building with the capacity of 30 thousand seats, stadium for the performance of professionals, for preparation of youth football school. Any public events can be held here, it has a very good transport availability: three metro stations, and train station Novopeschanaya will be here quite soon. One more metro station will be constructed soon – according to the requests of spectators it will be given the same name as the club – CSKA”, - said Sergey Sobyanin.

President of PFC CSKA Evgeny Giner thanked the city for the support rendered. «I started building this stadium, the first stone was installed in 2001 and now we are having this stadium open for you and this is only due to the fact that over the recent two years we had a very good contact and close cooperation with the city. Soon the matches will be played at this arena. We shall be happy to see here all of you,” – he said.
