Daler Kuzyaev has signed a new contract at Zenit St. Petersburg that ties him to the champions until the end of the 2022/23 season. He had spent the start of this season as a free agent after his previous deal expired.

Since joining the club from Akhmat Grozny in July 2017, the midfielder has lifted the Russian Premier Liga trophy twice, as well as the Russian Cup and Super Cup. The former Zenit academy product has scored 12 goals and registered nine assists in 94 games for the club.
