Ivica Olic appointed CSKA Moscow head coach

The club have reported that Olic will be introduced to the players and hold his first training session today. This will be his first outright management role after over three years as assistant coach for the Croatian national team.

Olic is well known in Russia for playing for the Red-Blues. From 2003 to 2006, he played 116 matches for CSKA, scoring 44 goals and winning three Russian Premier Liga titles, two Russian Cups, two Russian Super Cups and the UEFA Cup in 2005.
