CSKA Moscow made a statement on Mario Fernandez, as he will resume his career and will spend next year in Brazil to stay with his family.

32-year-old player suspended his contract with CSKA in the end of 2021/22 season and moved to native country. Fernandez is three-time RPL champion with the Armymen, also won Russian Cup and three Super Cups. Since 2017 to 2021 Mario represented Russia at international level playing at 2018 World Cup and Euro 2020 and scoring five goals in 33 appearances.
