General Assembly of the RFPL clubs took place in the Russian Football Premier League on 24 February.

During the Assembly the structure of  2015-20016 season calendar was discussed, the start of the championship is provisionally planned for 19 July 2015, activities of the affiliated structure Liga-TV Ltd was also discussed, as well as cooperation proposals from potential sponsors and partners. FUR Executive Committee decision regarding special-purpose fee for foreign players in the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL) and Football National League (FNL) as of 2015-2016 season, was examined thoroughly.

RFPL President Sergey Pryadkin told after the Assembly meeting: «The Working Group consisting of lawyers and sports directors of the clubs worked out the structure of the next season calendar, which was also agreed upon the coaches of the National team. There were no particular discussions, the clubs voted for. The first part of the season will include 18 matchdays, the latest of which will be 3 December. There won’t be any long intervals, as we had last autumn, because of the National team matches».

«As for the FUR ExCo decision about special-purpose fee for foreign players, we have been asked to clarify the amount, which the clubs are ready to allocate for youth football development in regions. Deputy of FUR Committee for Grassroots and Youth Football Lom-Ali Ibragimov delivered his speech. And we asked him to present the plan of grassroots and youth football development in regions  at the next General Assembly, as well as the way of specific use of this money. As for the exact figures, we have not reached consensus yet, the discussions will be continued», - told Sergey Pryadkin to Sport-Express.
