Russian Football Premier League jointly with the Football Union of Russia and in cooperation with Sports Ministry of the Russian Federation, Police and All-Russian Fans Organization held a Round Table with specialists for work with supporters and fan-societies representatives of the Russian Football Premier League clubs on 25 March 2016 at Otkrytie Arena Stadium.

 «On the eve of European Championship 2016 final tournament and upcoming FIFA World Cup at home, we would like to analyze once again the situation in our football. We would like to discuss the rules of conduct during sports events, personal identification, work of stewards and cooperation with the police.

Football is not just a game, it is an important social event. And you, supporters, are the same kind of football stakeholders as players. Our mutual task is to return popularity to football and to raise the quality of the game. It is impossible without your active participation”, - said Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko in his opening speech.  

Russian Football Premier League Presdient Sergey Pryadkin and Head of Police Yury Valyaev also addressed to all those who gathered. Speakers at working panels were the RFPL Executive Director Sergey Cheban, RFPL Security Director Alexander Meytin, FUR CDC Chairman Artur Grigoryants.

Joint with RFPL programme – “Stadium is our Home!” was presented by the President of European Legal Services Sergey Bekrenev, he told about their three-year experience of legal support to football fans.

All questions of supporters were replied by Advisor to the FUR President for Legal Matters Denis Rogachev, All-Russian Fans Organization President Alexander Shprygin, representatives of the Russian Police (Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) and the Football Union of Russia.

Representatives of fan-societies told about their achievements and problems they are facing. The unique programme of FC Rubin – The Most Football Class – attracted everybody’s interest, as not only schoolchildren, but also they parents start attending football matches.

Deupty Sports Minister of the Russian Federation Pavel Kolobkov summarized the results of the Round Table event, and the Russian Football Premier League Administration awarded with commemorative plates for bit contribution to the development of fan movements in Russia and active work with supporters the following representatives: fan-club of FC Dynamo-Moscow, FC Krasnodar, FC Rubin, Ruslan Dryuma, Alexey Erunov, Ivan Ulanov and Deputy CEO European Legal Service Oleg Semenov.

«We shall continue such events for sure. They allow to discuss problems of cooperation between fans, clubs and law-enforcement bodies. Such Round Tables help to improve situation at stadium stands”, - said Alexander Maytin, Security Director of the Russian Football Premier League.
