In the second Group Stage match of UEFA EURO 2016 National Team of Russia played against the team of Slovakia. The game ended with failure of Leonid Slutskiy team– 1:2.

Slovak team scored twice in the first half. Vladimir Weiss and Marek Hamšik were the scorers.

Substitute Denis Glushakov pulled one back in the second half, but the team of Russia was not able to save the game.

After two matches Russia stay on one point. On MD 3 Russia will be playing against Wales. The match will take place on 20 June in Toulouse.
