In the return leg match of UEFA Champions League QR3 Rostov played an away match against Belgium Anderlecht and won.

Noboa scored the opener. At halftime the score was 0:1. A couple of minutes after entering the pitch for the second half Rostov extended the lead, Azmoun made a well-placed shot on goal. Anderlecht had a lot of corner kicks at the end o the game, but the goal of Dzhanaev remained clean.

On the result of the two games Rostov qualified to UEFA Champions League Play-off.
