On Wednesday, 17 August, 1/16 Cup of Russia 2016-2017 draw took place at the RFPL headquarters.

RFPL clubs start the competition from this stage. On the results of the draw the following ties were determined and the clubs will compete for qualification to the next stage of the competition:
