The kick-off match will be played on Friday in Kaspiisk where Anji will be hosting Orenburg. Anji lost in two previous matchdays with minimal score and showed not a hopeless performance. So it will try to interrupt the unlucky run by all means. Orenburg which has gained 4 points  over two spring matches, should not stop at this point, especially in matches against closest competitors.

Tom – Amkar

The matchday on Saturday will start with the match in Tomsk, where Tom will play against Amkar. The local fans will see their team at the home stadium for the first time this year. Lokomotiv – Spartak

It is very important for Spartak not to lose the comfortable gap of 8 points from the teams which go behind, and Lokomotiv which lost to Krasnodar at home in the previous MD match, needs to improve its face in front of its supporters. Special interest to the match is added by play of Alexander Samedov against his ex-club, he has very quickly become the favourite of the Red-Whites again.

Krylia Sovetov – Rostov

On Sunday the first match will between Krylia Sovetov and Rostov. The club from Samara which lost both spring matches occupies the next before the last position in the tournament table, but due to the different criteria it is possible to change everything after several successful games. Rostov lost a lot of energy in Manchester, but it is still powerful. And support of its fan should help to the club from Samara. Supporters will see their team at Metallurg stadium for the first time this year.

Terek – PFC CSKA

Terek will be hosting PFC CSKA in Grozny. The club from Grozny is usually very confident at home, but it is not always like that with the Army team. Starting from the transition season of 2011/12, Terek managed to play at home with PFC CSKA once in a draw (0:0) last season and once - to win (2:0) in season 2013/14, other matches were won by the club from Moscow. Now the team of Rashid Rakhimov intends to get the highest possible positions and for sure will try to amend not the best statistics at Akhmat Arena. The first round match in Moscow ended with win of PFC CSKA 3:0.

Krasnodar - Ufa

Krasnodar ended its participation in the Cup of Russia and UEFA Europa League and now can concentrate fully at ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship where the team is among the leaders. The team of Sergey Semak has to prove each match that they have real ambitions. And it won't be easy to do that in the match against Krasnodar, though it happened once in season 2014/15, the club from Ufa won in Krasnodar 2:0.

Zenit - Arsenal
