International virtual football tournament Kazan Mayor Cup 2017 took place in Kazan on 2 April. National team of Russia was represented by ROSGOSSTRAKH RFPL Virtual Football Championship winner Andrey Guryev (PFC CSKA), virtual football players Robert Fakhretdinov (FC Ufa), Kirill Ordinartsev (FC Orenburg) and Anton Zhukov (FC Rubin). Their opponents were virtual football players of Ajax (Netherlands), Manchester City (England), Valencia (Spain) and Roma (Italy).

The honorary trophy was won by representative of Spanish Valencia David Soriano. Robert Fakhretdinov became the runner-up of the tournament, the bronze medal went to Andrey Guryev.
