ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship MD 16 match in Moscow between Lokomotiv and PFC CSKA ended in a draw 2:2.

Lokomotiv received Liga Fair Play Award for October 2017 before the kick-off.

Anton Miranchuk scored the opener in the 14^th minute of the game. Vitinho equalized in the 28^th minute. The Army team took the lead after a well-placed shot by Bibars Natcho in the 43^rd minute. In the 76^th minute Igor Akinfeev saved a kick from 11-meter mark converted by Manuel Fernandes, which corrected his mistake and in the 87^th minute scored a goal which allowed Lokomotiv to avoid failure in this derby.

This match was a kind of anniversary for Lokomotiv midfield Igor Denisov. The team captain played his 50^th match for the Railwaymen.

Denisov played his first match for Lokomotiv on 11 September 2016 in the match against Spartak. Denisov scored 2 goals over 50 games. Last season Igor helped to the Railwaymen to win the Cup of Russia by scoring the winning goal in the final.
