On Thursday, 15 February, FC Spartak hosted Athletic within the frames of UEFA Europa League Round of 32 first leg match. The game ended with win of the visiting team - 3:1.

FC Athletic dominated in the first half. The goals were scored by: Aduriz in 22^nd  and 39^th  minutes. An own goal by Kutepov happened in the 45+ minutes. During second half Luiz Adriano managed score for Spartak in the 60^th minute. It was the final goal in this game.

We would like to remind that the return leg match will take place on 22 February, at Estadio de San Mames.
