The current President of the Professional Football Legue Andrey Sokolov was unanimously re-elected for his position for the period of 3 years at the Association PFL General Assembly on 16 November 2018.

General Assembly also had additional elections to the PFL Board. The following representatives joined the Board: Elena Elentseva (FC Torpedo Moscow President), Oleg Mitrofanov (FC Kaluga CEO), Kaplan Khuako (FC Druzhba (Maikop) CEO), Alexander Karpenko (FC Biolog-Novokubansk (Progress) Head of the team) and Valery Erkovich (FC Sibir (Novosibirsk) Deputy Director).
