Sochi were unable to find a way past Wisla Krakow in their friendly encounter on Wednesday as they drew 0-0. Sochi have drawn all three of their winter training matches by the same scoreline.

Wisla threatened early on after some sloppy defending from Sochi gifted possession to the Polish side, but some desperate defending denied a goal-bound effort. Dmitri Poloz danced around Wisla’s defence soon after but skewed his shot across the face of goal.

Wisla missed a glorious chance after half time from about 12 yards out, but in truth both sides were inefficient in possession.

Sochi will take on Spartak Trnava of Slovakia in their next warmup match on Saturday 1 February.
