At midnight on Friday 21 February, the second registration period in the Russian Premier Liga ended.

From 22 January until 21 February, clubs were free to sign players to participate in the spring part of the 2019/20 season.

During the next 30 days, clubs still have the opportunity to declare players by decision of the Committee on Players’ Status (in accordance with paragraph 3, article 14 of the Russian Football Union regulations on the status and transfers of players).
