Five Steps to Kick Out Coronavirus

print version

FC Rostov head coach Valeriy Karpin has taken part in the FIFA and World Health Organisation campaign and has told fans five steps that will help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Hands

“The first is your hands. Wash them as often as possible with soap or any other alcohol-based product.”

Elbow

“If you sneeze or cough, cover your mouth with your bent elbow. You can also use disposable handkerchiefs. But after using them, you should immediately throw them out.”

Face

“Try not to touch your mouth, nose, or eyes with your hands. This will prevent the virus from entering the body.”

Distance

“When communicating with other people, try not to get close. Keep a distance of at least one metre when dealing with people who are sneezing or coughing.”

State of health

“If you don't feel well, stay at home. Please follow all local government recommendations.”
