Artem Dzyuba and Sardar Azmoun went joint-top of the RPL goalscoring charts to lift Zenit three points clear of Spartak at the top of the table. Dzyuba swept home Aleksey Sutormin’s pass unmarked early on, before converting a penalty for his 10th of the season before the break. Nikolay Komlichenko reduced arrears from the spot after half time but Azmoun came off the bench to seal the win in the closing stages.

Zenit go three points clear at the top of the table on 38 points, while Dynamo stay fourth on 30 points.
