The UEFA Youth League last 64 draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland.

During the first stages, which include last 64 and 32, the participants will be divided into two paths. Starting from the last 16 stage the teams will be united in one bracket.

In the UEFA Champions League path Russia will be represented by Zenit St. Petersburg, Lokomotiv Moscow and FC Krasnodar, which first teams played in the group stage. Krasnodar will meet Ajax Amsterdam on away, while Zenit will host Stade de Rennes, and Lokomotiv will play against Ferencvaros at home.

In the domestic champions path the 2019/20 Youth Football League winner Chertanovo will be the only Russian team. Their opponents are Maccabi Haifa, and the meeting will take place on the Chertanovo field.

During the knockout stages all pairs will play one leg. The last 64 meetings are fixtured on 2-3 March.

The players, who were born no earlier than 1 January 2002, are allowed to compete in the 2020/21 UEFA Youth League.
