On 3 November, the Federal Health Authority determined the format of the Russian Premier Liga matchday 14 fixtures in Moscow.

According to their decision, Dynamo vs Krasnodar (6 November, 16:30 MSK) and Spartak vs  Lokomotiv (7 November, 19:00 MSK) will be held as scheduled at the VTB Arena and Otkritie Bank Arena respectively.

Both stadiums will be able to accommodate up to 30% of the total capacity of the spectators, subject to the mandatory presentation of a QR code confirming vaccination against COVID-19 or having recovered during the last six months.

The Russian Football Union and the Russian Premier Liga thank the Health Authority for their assistance in coordinating the possibility of holding matches and allowing spectators into the stands.
