Two draws in two meetings, this is how Ufa and Rostov faced each other this season. Teams had a 2-2 draw at Rostov Arena, but in Ufa they shared the points with no scoring. Rostov were close to score in the opening minutes, when Nikolay Komlichenko earned a penalty. Dmitry Poloz, who never missed from the spot till this year, hit the bar and missed the penalty for the second time this season.

Anton Chichkan, who made his first start in the RPL, as Aleksandr Belenov seriously injured, got his first clean sheet this season, as well as Egor Baburin on the opponents’ side. Rostov’s keeper played in the RPL for the first time since a 2-4 defeat against Zenit in August. Ufa finished the game without captain Bojan Jokic, who was sent off with the two yellow cards in four minutes.

Ufa remain 15th on 24 points, while Rostov stay 10th on 35 points.
