Zenit defender Dejan Lovren played for Croatia against Belgium in Group Stage Matchday 3 at World Cup in Qatar.

Lovren spent whole match on the field, while the Croatians ended the meeting in goalless draw. Dejan played 90 minutes in both previous matches against Morocco and Canada.

In the parallel Group F game Morocco defeated Canada 2-1. First-placed Morocco and second-placed Croatia qualified to play-offs, while Belgium and Canada were eliminated.

In the Round of 16 the Croatians will meet Group E winner, where Spain, Japan, Costa Rica, and Germany play. This match will take place on 5 December.
