On 24 January, Fakel and Krasnodar took part in the friendly matches at training camps.

Fakel Voronezh 2-0 Graficar Beograd

Five days after losing to Spartak Subotica, Fakel defeated another Serbian team, which was Graficar from the First League. Voronezh side scored goal in both halves; Roman Akbashev secured penalty in the first 45 minutes, and youth team player Nikita Ershov increased the lead in the second.

FC Krasnodar 1-0 FC Bunyodkor

The Bulls played first test match with new head coach Vladimir Ivic, and team’s top scorer Eduard Spertsyan brought the win scoring the penalty on 14th minute. Bunyodkor faced third RPL team this winter previously ending tied with Lokomotiv and trailing 0-4 to Rostov.
