All Regions Path first semi-finals stage competitors have been known following the matches of second quarter-finals stage in the bottom bracket of Russian Cup.

Three of four participants represent RPL, these are FC Krasnodar (beat Akhmat 3-0), Dynamo Moscow (eliminate Zenit on penalties; 1-1 draw in regular time and 5-4 win in penalty shootout), and FC Rostov (beat Pari NN 1-0). Another competitor is Akron Togliatti, last team from First League, who went through two RPL sides, Torpedo Moscow (2-0) and Lokomotiv Moscow (1-1, 7-6 on penalties).

Semi-finals draw will take place on Friday 17 March and will be broadcasted on MATCH PREMIER TV channel. The procedure is to start at 13:30 Moscow time (11:30 CET).

The matches will be scheduled between 4 and 6 April. If teams are tied after 90 minutes, the penalty shootout will be held. Winners will advance to the second semi-finals stage, where they will meet teams eliminated from RPL Path semi-finals pairs, which are Spartak vs Ural (1-1 in the first leg) and Krylia Sovetov vs CSKA Moscow (2-2).
