Fakel visited Dynamo at the day, when the White-Blues celebrated 100th anniversary since club foundation (official date was 18 April). The hosts came close to lead, but Fedor Smolov goal was cancelled, as his assistant Denis Makarov caught offside. Second half started with Fakel goal, when Georgy Gongadze left alone in the penalty area and made powerful shot to the net. Dynamo equalized quickly, but goal was illegal again, Arsen Zakharyan move against Igor Kalinin before shooting was reviewed as foul. Next unlucky moment for birthday men was handball from Aleksandr Kutitsky near own net, so VAR decided to give penalty, and Gongadze made second successful shot. This is first Fakel win on away in top division since March 2001.

Dynamo still sixth with 39 points, while Fakel are 14th on 21 points.
