Spartak captured the lead in Group D with win in Krasnodar. Roman Zobnin scored the first goal in the first half being assisted by Daniil Khlusevich, brace hero in previous game against Orenburg. Krasnodar captain Eduard Spertsyan left the pitch in the end of first half, he was sent off for rough play against Anton Zinkovsky. With one-man advantage Spartak doubled the lead through first goal by Theo Bongonda, but shorthanded Bulls were close to equalize. Kady Borges scored on the pre-last minute of added time, and in the final attack Jhon Cordoba shot with his head, but ball went high.
