Russian Football Union Executive Bureau Committee approved Volgograd as host city for 2024 Russian Super Cup.

This will be first time for the city to host Super Cup. The match will be played at Volgograd Arena, 2018 FIFA World Cup stadium, its capacity is 44600 spectators. In 2018 Volgograd Arena hosted Russian Cup final between Tosno and Avangard.

RPL champions, Russian Cup winners Zenit and RPL silver medalists Krasnodar are set to play for 2024 Super Cup. The match is scheduled to play on 13 July with kick-off time to be announced later.
