The RPL General Meeting agreed the Regulations edition for 2024/25 season.

According to it, in special cases (force major, weather conditions, etc.) RPL president is right to call off and reschedule the match to new date and kick-off time or to address the RFU for updating the league schedule no later than one hour left before the kick-off.

During the remaining hour before the kick-off and during the match the right to cancel/suspend the match and its reschedule is given to referee. If the interfered conditions are not solved, the match must be finished or possibly resumed next day. If it is not possible, new date and kick-off time are stated by RPL president in the established order, or after RPL president addressed the RFU on schedule updates.

In case of security threatens, the right to call off the match is given to delegate since his arrival at the stadium.

The updates in the Regulations must be approved by RFU Executive Committee (Executive Committee Bureau).
