Arsenal Returns to the Premier League

The second team from the Football National Team to move to the Premier League next season is determined.

On 10 May Arsenal from Tula under the guidance of Sergey Pavlov received the right to play in the top division of the Russian football for the second time in its history.

Russian Football Premier League would like to congratulate Arsenal and to wish them a lot of success next season.
