The opener in the game was scored by Smolov at the end of the first half. The second goal to the visiting team was scored by Ari. The final goal was the second one by Smolov in this game.

In the halftime Premier League awarded FC Krasnodar for winning the "12th player" contest of season 2015-16. The club received commemorative prizes of the RFPL and its legal partner European Legal Service.
