Zenit lost to Anji away

In Russian Premier League MD 9 match in Kaspiisk Anji hosted Zenit. The game ended with a comeback win of the home team – 2:1.

The visiting team had more ball possession in the first half, however there were quite few moments. After the halftime Zenit managed to score a quick goal – Marchisio was successful in the follow-up and opened score to his own goals in RPL.

Anji players managed to equalize 20 minutes before the full time. A powerful shot of Ponce was unsaveable for the visiting team goalkeeper.

15 minutes before the final whistle Anji remained with 10 players after Belorukov was sent-off. In spite of this fact the team from Makhachkala got a kick from 11-meter mark which was successfully converted by Kulik.
