Lokomotiv had bad experience in previous home games against Andrey Talalaev team, his Akhmat won three straight games at RZD Arena. In the first half the Railwaymen captured the lead through Anton Miranchuk and his penalty goal, after half-time Artem Dzyuba extended lead with unusual heel shot in scorpion style. Aleksandr Rudenko breakthrough helped Khimki to cut the gap, but then five-minute fury from hosts made their win huge. Dzyuba joined by came from bench Ivan Ignatyev and Wilson Isidor scored three combined goals to bring sixth win in eight spring matches.

Lokomotiv still tenth with 32 points, while Khimki are 15th on 17 points.
