Vladimir Fedotov is RPL Head Coach of the Season

CSKA Moscow head coach Vladimir Fedotov won Head Coach of the Season prize at first Winline RPL Heroes award ceremony.

Fedotov reached final stage of voting procedure alongside Sergey Semak from Zenit and Valery Karpin from Rostov. CSKA coach also had bonus point as he got best result in fans’ voting.

Fedotov was hired as CSKA head coach in June 2022. He led the team to silver medals, first since 2017/18 season. Coach finished second in second straight season, last year he won silver with Sochi. During the season Fedotov was named best coach of month twice, in July and April.
